What is light therapy?
Light therapy, also known as phototherapy or low-level light therapy (LLLT), is the application of specific wavelengths of light energy to tissue used to treat a multitude of conditions that require stimulation of healing, relief of pain and inflammation, and restoration of function.
The treatment is non-invasive, painless, requires no recovery time, and can be used safely on all skin types.
